<p>Carrot, sweet potato and red chili pepper soup.</p>



<p>This is the second recipe from the Valentine&#8217;s dinner. I have chosen a soup which will warm you up and give you a proper boost.</p>



<p>The soup is tuned up with <strong>chili pepper</strong> which is another libido boosting ingredient. This invigorating spice has an exotic reputation and a bright red color, which could be why chili peppers are considered natural aphrodisiac foods and a symbol of love. Chili peppers stimulate endorphins (the brain’s feel-good chemicals), speed up heart rate and make you sweat, which all mimic how you feel when you’re aroused.</p>

			<ul class="directions-list"><li id="wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-0" class="direction-step">Heat up a pot and add the clarified butter. Once the butter is hot add the red chili pepper, and roast for 30 seconds.</li><li id="wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-119" class="direction-step">Add the chopped sweet potatoes and the carrots to the pot and roast for 2-3 minutes and then add the coconut milk. Stir well, cook for 1 minute and then pour over with 600ml of cold water. Bring to boil, reduce the heat to medium and cook until the veggies will get tender (approximately 20 minutes).</li><li id="wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-420" class="direction-step">Once the soup is ready add the turmeric, and season with black pepper and salt to your taste. Stir well and set aside.</li><li id="wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-539" class="direction-step">Blend the soup with immersion blender until it will get a very smooth consistency. This shouldn&#8217;t take more than 5 minutes. They contain vitamin B12, selenium, magnesium, zinc and&nbsp;potassium. <p><strong>Garlic</strong>, for example, is high in an ingredient called allicin. It can help stimulate circulation and blood flow to sexual organs in both men and women. <p>As the main course, I have decided to prepare one of my favorite dishes &#8211; a risotto. This time though, it is not a classic one which I cook normally.</p>



<p>It is a risotto with <strong>saffron</strong> which is a libido-boosting ingredient <img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/14.0.0/72x72/1f642.png" alt="🙂" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" /> And it is perfect for Valentine&#8217;s dinner <img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/14.0.0/72x72/1f642.png" alt="🙂" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" /> Saffron is a natural aphrodisiac and it is proven that it can increase the sexual desire. Just be careful and use it wisely <img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/14.0.0/72x72/1f642.png" alt="🙂" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" /> Too much saffron can be overpowering and can destroy the dish.</p>



<p><strong>Olive oil</strong> is packed with antioxidants. It is a good source of monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats, which are critical for a healthy heart, blood flow,&nbsp;and hormone production.</p>

			<ul class="directions-list"><li id="wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-0" class="direction-step">Heat up a bigger pan or a casserole dish over medium-high heat. Add a small drizzle of olive oil and the chopped shallots and the celery. Roast for few minutes until the veggies are tender. Then add the rice, stir well and let it &#8220;sweat&#8221;. You will know when the rice is roasted as it will get shiny on the outside.</li><li id="wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-315" class="direction-step">Meanwhile, add the saffron into a smaller bowl or glass and pour over with a small drizzle of olive oil. Thanks to this step the saffron aroma will be stronger in risotto.</li><li id="wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-487" class="direction-step">When the rice is shiny pour in the white wine, stir well and cook until it will mostly evaporate. Then add the first 50 to 100ml of the stock. Lower the heat to medium and stir the risotto base constantly. Once the stock will be absorbed by the rice, add more. Repeat this step until you will use up all the stock. &#8211; NOTE: when you run out of stock but the rice will be still hard, you can add more if you have or use hot water.</li><li id="wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-916" class="direction-step">When the risotto is almost ready but still has some stock or water in, add the previously &#8220;marinating&#8221; saffron with the olive oil. Cook for 5 minutes and then switch off the heat.</li><li id="wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-1096" class="direction-step">Add the butter into the middle, sprinkle with a good portion of the Parmesan cheese and cover with a lid. Let it rest for 5 more minutes. NOTE &#8211; stir well the risotto before serving.</li><li id="wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-1279" class="direction-step">Serve warm with some basil leaves and Parmesan on top. <p>So this is the last dish of my Valentine&#8217;s dinner menu- chocolate cream from dates. And what would be better than a simple, sweet, delicious and still healthy dessert, right? <img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/14.0.0/72x72/1f642.png" alt="🙂" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" /></p>



<p>As a dessert, I have chosen a VeGaN chocolate cream which is of course filled with libido boosting ingredients like cocoa, dates and chili.</p>



<p><strong>Cocoa</strong> contains a lot of beneficial antioxidants called flavonoids, a high iron content, and much, much more. Most importantly, it contains phenylethylamine, which gives a stimulating effect and releases the neurotransmitters dopamine and serotonin in the brain.</p>



<p>Eating <strong>dates</strong> will promote sperm quality and quantity as it is one of the best natural fruits used for male fertility. It also increases the size of testes in men and the size of breast in women. Consuming the fruit can help to treat sexual disorders because it is a natural aphrodisiac.</p>



<p><strong>Chili</strong>, this invigorating spice has an exotic reputation and a bright red colour, which could be why chili peppers are considered natural aphrodisiac foods and a symbol of love. Chili peppers stimulate endorphins (the brain’s feel-good chemicals), speed up heart rate and make you sweat, which all mimic how you feel when you’re aroused.</p>
