  • 1 tablespoon 1 honey (optional for sweetness)

  • 1 tablespoon 1 fresh lemon juice

  • Ice cubes (optional)

Directions

  • In a blender, combine the parsley leaves, water, honey, lemon juice, and salt.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Pour the mixture through a fine strainer to remove any parsley bits.
  • Serve chilled with ice cubes if desired.
